Yes. The customer can delete the selected items in the Shopping Cart, as long as the order has not been completely processed, and in turn generated the purchase confirmation (this is automatically displayed on the website at the time of completing the purchase).

Yes. The cancellation may occur for any of the following reasons:

In case of not being able to contact the customer to offer the alternative proposal within a period of 48 hours, the purchase will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed in the same payment method used in the purchase.
Yes. The exchange or return of the merchandise will proceed exclusively due to manufacturing defects and / or incorrect delivery of size, fabric, color and / or model.
